FOR SALE: 1 Unique Yellow, Green, and Blue themed Thick Cotton Tassel with a decorative Hand Painted “W” Initial Wood Top. The Tassel measurements are shown above in the picture with the ruler. Gorgeous Colorful Tassel. Much prettier even in person. The Tassel was purchased from one of my Wholesale Vendors, I did Not make it or Paint it.
